It seems people had a good time at our cookout. I know we certainly did! It was SO wonderful to have everyone out to our place. Out only regret is that it is so hard to spend really good sit-down time with everyone when so many people are over AND you're trying to make sure everyone has everything they need. But it was a blast and we already can't wait to do it again next year!
Chris was very excited that his Aunt Evelyn and Aunt Jackie were able to make it. Aunt Evelyn is in town from Florida for a while, and it was great to get a chance to see her!
We also got to FINALLY meet Roxanne's beautiful baby Olivia. She is simple GORGEOUS!
Even the kids all seemed to have a good time catching baby toads in the yard and swinging in the hammock! :)
Chris' Uncle John did some of his AMAZING magic card tricks. What entertainment that was! Everyone was amazed AND rolling with laughter! :)
It was a fantastic day spent with family and friends, and made us both realize how lucky we are for what we've got!
A few people stayed into the night for the bonfire while others arrived for drinks and hanging out.
We couldn't have asked for things to go more perfectly than they did. Next year we hope eveyone who came can make it again, and those who missed out will be able to attend!Thank you all for taking the time to come and visit with us, and thanks to all who brought something to munch or sip!!
